Remove financial barriers to education by providing scholarships, stipends, and financial assistance for school-related expenses, including uniforms, books, and transportation. Enhance school infrastructure, including the construction and maintenance of safe and conducive learning environments with adequate classrooms, libraries, laboratories, and sanitation facilities.
